Description of Service

Digital Accreditation Lab provides AI-powered ABET compliance analysis tools for engineering programs. Currently, we are in a pre-launch phase offering early access registration. The full service features will include gap analysis, compliance dashboards, continuous improvement tracking, and accreditation readiness tools.

Early Access Program

By signing up for early access, you acknowledge that:

• The service is in development and features may change
• You will receive communications about product updates
• Early access pricing is subject to terms announced at launch
• Your feedback may be used to improve the service

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect the intellectual property rights of DAL and others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DAL, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by findbalans llc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

DAL provides compliance analysis tools to assist program directors in understanding their accreditation status. However, DAL is not a substitute for professional accreditation consulting, legal advice, or official guidance from accrediting bodies. Users should verify all compliance information with their respective accrediting organizations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, findbalans llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of accreditation, data loss, or business interruption.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
