By accessing or using Digital Accreditation Lab ("DAL"), a product of findbalans llc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Digital Accreditation Lab provides AI-powered ABET compliance analysis tools for engineering programs. The platform includes CO-PO mapping, gap analysis, compliance dashboards, Criterion 4 continuous improvement tracking, evidence management, AI-powered compliance evaluation, and accreditation readiness tools.

Subscription and Billing

DAL.ai is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis: Single Program ($399/month), Professional ($799/month), Institution ($1,199/month, up to 10 programs), or Campus Enterprise (custom pricing, 11+ programs). Monthly and annual billing are available — annual billing saves approximately 17%
• Provide accurate billing information
• Cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Early adopter rates are locked in for 12 months from your signup date

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect the intellectual property rights of DAL and others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DAL, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by findbalans llc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

DAL.ai is a time-saving tool designed to reduce the manual effort of ABET accreditation preparation. It does not guarantee that a program will achieve or maintain accreditation. AI-powered analysis is provided to assist program directors — all final decisions remain with the humans responsible for the program. Users should verify all compliance information with their respective accrediting organizations and consult professional advisors as needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, findbalans llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of accreditation, data loss, or business interruption.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
